Pullus Halozan White Blend
Haložan blend is one of the most traditional local wines in Štajerska. It is made for daily consumption, a simple, fresh field blend of local white grapes of Welschriesling, Riesling, Chardonnay, Furmint, Pinot Blanc. Packed with aromas of ripe pear, apple, citrus and white flowers. On the palate, the overt, pure fruit-forward style of the wine is balanced by crisp and cleansing acidity.
Garciarevalo Casamaro Rueda Verdejo, 2023
Garciarevalo is a family owned winery established in 1991 in Matapozuelos in the heart of Rueda. They specialize in Verdejo with additional plantings of Viura. Noble aromas, very clean and defined: pear, currant and rose petals that give way to the classic aniseed and fresh fennel nuance. Citrus hints. Soft and honeyed on the palate, with great fleshiness that envelops the mouth gracefully and fills us with freshness, lively, nervous on the palate and with a peculiar bitter finish loaded with the unique character of Verdejo. Very long persistence.
Homs L’Amandier Cinsault, 2021
100% Cinsault from the heart of Minervois. An under-appreciated grape from an under-appreciated region. Bursting with notes of blueberries, cassis, and strawberries and seemingly seasoned with white pepper, "L'Amandier" is the ultimate easy-drinking, everyday red. Generous on the nose, supple on the palate, and vibrant on the finish, it rolls across the palate effortlessly – almost Beaujolais like in character and mouth feel. Try it slightly chilled.
Viña Sastre Roble ‘Rafael Sastre’, 2022
Viña Sastre’s Roble is an homage to Jesús Sastre’s late, beloved father and winemaking mentor, Rafael. As the entry into Sastre’s hand-crafted, world-class range of wines from his native Ribera del Duero, this is a wine for the people that showcases the winery’s famously high standards. Roble is made from organically-farmed tempranillo grapes. This wine has an intense cherry color, with purple rims, well covered. On the nose it is very powerful and complex, with notes of wild fruit and red berries.
Song Cai Distillery Be Single Malt Whisky
Made from a mash bill of 53.4% malted corn and 46.6% nixtamalized corn that is inoculated with traditional Vietnamese banh-men (similar to koji)). The mash bill is fermented one month in liquid state and six months in solid-state for the residual grains. It is then distilled twice in a grain-on, direct-fired copper pot still and once in a solid-state, wood alquitar still. The whisky is matured in a solera system, half in ex-bourbon American Oak seasoned with yellow rice wine and half with sweet purple rice wine. Silver, San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2024
Casa Contini Vermentino di Sardegna Tyrsos
100% Vermentino. At the end of the harvest the bunches are subjected to a soft crushing and then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and then refine for a few months in steel tanks and cement vitrified for a few months. Straw yellow color with greenish reflections that testify to its youth. The nose is rich and fruity and floral with hints of Mediterranean scrub. The mouthfeel is fresh and sapid, with persistent aromas and a pleasing structure.
Domaine de Grisy Bourgogne Chardonnay, 2023
100% Chardonnay from Burgundy’s Côtes d’Auxerre, a subregion north of Chablis. Organically farmed grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed, and spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts, then aged in stainless steel. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered, with minimal sulfites added.
Aromas of lemon curd, ripe apple, and jasmine unfold into flavors of honeyed pear, white flowers, and chalky mineraity. The palate is medium-bodied with vibrant acidity, and a lingering finish marked by subtle almond notes.
Meinklang Prosa Sparkling Rosé, 2023
The Michlits Family operates one of the world's largest biodynamic farms in the Neusiedler See-Seewinkel National Park. The wine estate is well integrated into the farm and led by Angela and Werner Michlits. Their rosé sparkler is made from 100% pinot noir and their hands-off winemaking process helps to express the grape's most indulgent fruit flavors. Aromas of red cherry confections, fresh raspberry, pomegranate juice and cranberry propel to the forefront. The finish is clean, dry, with well-balanced acidity that makes this incredibly refreshing yet fruitful. Certified biodynamic, low-intervention/natural wine, vegan.
Grosgrain Vineyards Grenache Las Rocosos Vineyard Walla Walla Valley
The wine presents a vibrant, ruby hue with notes of fresh crunchy raspberry, cherry and savory Provençal herbs and white pepper. 11 months in neutral French Oak barrels. Fermented cool with gentle punchdowns, resulting in a perfumed and elegant style. Columbia Valley, Washington
Luccarelli Negro Amaro
This 100% Negroamaro came from vines averaging 15-30 years old. It was aged for 4-5 months in used American and French oak barrels. A modern wine that respects all the traditions of Puglia, this red wine has aromas of red fruits and herbs, such as thyme. On the palate, it is dry, has a medium body, good acidity, fine tannins, and a long finish.
Brand Riesling
The brothers Brand, Daniel and Jonas, are defining growth of organic and little to no-intervention range of whites and reds. Hailing in the Pfalz region of Germany is a lesser known village, Bockenheim, known for its quiet, rugged and gritty agriculture. The Brand brothers are fifth generation winemakers and took over production from their father. The wines are all organic and have little to no sulphites added. The Riesling is flowery on the nose, but peach and citric fruit leap out of the glass. There is a distinct vein of minerality running through wine, which finishes bone dry and extremely refreshing.
Ercole Pet Nat Rosato
Ercole Pet-Nat Rosato is a naturally sparkling rosé wine produced by Ercole, a collaboration of small growers from the Monferrato region in Piedmont, Italy. Blend of Barbera and Dolcetto. The wine has a vibrant pink hue and a lively effervescence. The nose is aromatic, with wild strawberries, raspberries, and a hint of rose petals. It is fresh and fruity on the palate, with flavors of red berries, citrus, and a subtle yeasty complexity from the natural fermentation. The finish is crisp and refreshing, with balanced acidity and a gentle, persistent fizz.
Ezy Tgr Pinot Noir Willamette Valley
EZY TGR Pinot Noir is classic Willamette Pinot – fresh strawberry and dark ripe berries. Cherry cola notes begin to emerge as it opens up in the glass, followed by dried rose and black tea. The palate is soft, and medium-bodied, with elegant silky tannin. This is a fresh, easy style of Willamette Pinot.
Chateau du Petit Thouars 'Les Georges' Chinon Rouge
Sébastien named this cuvée in honor of his ancestors, nearly all of whom are named “George” (in fact, his real first name is “George,” too). The friendliest of the estate’s three red-wine offerings, “Les Georges” is produced entirely from the free-run juice of the younger vines of Cabernet Franc, and is vinified and aged in steel tank. A classic Chinon in its marriage of vibrant fruit, honest tannins, and refreshing earth-mineral interplay.

El Coto Sauvignon Blanc
Freshness, finesse and elegance are the three words which best define this white Rioja. Blend of Viura, Verdejo and Sauvignon Blanc – bursting with bright aromas of peaches, apples, citrus and tropical fruits. On the palate, it has lively acidity leading to a dry, crisp finish. D.O. Rioja
Domaine Bousquet Rosé
Another beautiful wine from the Bousquet stable, this organic rosé is made from a blend of ripe Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Syrah and Viognier. It has an elegant pale salmon color. The nose shows aromas of red fruits, with hints of fresh cherries and orange peel. In the mouth, it’s lively with fresh acidity and fruity palate.
Natural Origins Organic Malbec Bag-In-Box (3L)
100% Organic Malbec. The grapes for this wine come from the Tupungato in the Uco Valley of Argentina. This is a high altitude, dry region with climatic conditions favorable for organic grape growing. Much like Bousquet's regular bottled Malbecs are impressive, so is this boxed one. It has a great pluminess, juicy blackcurrants, minerality, and a lighter body but stronger tannins than the Cabernet.
Natural Origins Organic Cabernet Sauvignon Bag-In-Box (3L)
100% Organic Cabernet Sauvignon. The nose is quite pleasant, offering rich blackberry, black cherry, black pepper and chalky mineral aromas. Fresh fruit flavors abound on the palate, mostly blackberry and blackcurrant. The balance of sweet and tart is just right too, with the acidity adding vibrancy to the wine. The mouthfeel is pleasant. The finish is fairly long with blackcurrant flavors and a black tea-like astringency.
Domaine Bosquet Gaia Cab Franc
Gaia, the Greek goddess of the Earth, has been the Bousquet family’s inspiration since founding their Argentine winery in 1997 in one of the country’s best winemaking districts. Plenty of sunshine and huge day-to-night temperature shifts result in a very flavourful Cabernet Franc made from Bousquet’s best hand-harvested grapes. This food-friendly wine offers ripe tannins with vibrantly fresh red berry fruit, peppery notes and a gentle layer of barbecue smoke. Aged for 8-10 months in the finest French oak.
